Smart classes project launched in Hry, govt. schools

Chandigarh: In an attempt to impart technology-based education to the students, the pilot project of Hero EduTech and smart classes was launched in Government Senior Secondary School, Kherki Daula, Gurugram.

Under this project, 30 tablets with syllabus of classes from first to 8th have been provided in the computer lab for the students.

This project has been approved by State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) would initially be run for three years and it would be reviewed from time to time, said an official spokesman.

On the success of this pilot project, it would be replicated in other districts also.

He said that project would be monitored by SCERT and the team of Saksham Haryana so that necessary reforms could be taken in the project as and when required.
